Allama Hussain Moqaddasi said that mourning is the refuge and haven for the hopes of the oppressed and the weak. He said that the rulers must fulfill their constitutional duties in granting religious rights and must not mortgage basic constitutional obligations in exchange for loans. Allama Moqaddasi said that global terrorists have made life miserable for the oppressed in the region. Agha Moqaddasi stated that those who lamented the Iran-US peace agreement are now celebrating the return of war. Allama Hussain Moqaddasi said that imperialist puppets have become active in Iraq, Syria, and Arab countries. The chief of Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Allama Hussain Moqaddasi, praised the efforts of the Central Muharram Committee of Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan for the protection of mourning, calling it the result of the divine support of the Infallibles. Prominent religious scholars and speakers of the country also addressed the mourning congregation. On this occasion, the TNFJ Regional President of Rawalpindi, Allama Syed Shabih-ul-Hassan Kazmi, also accompanied the chief of the movement. Central leaders and volunteers of the Mukhtar Force performed security duties at the mourning congregation.
