Special Message of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi

In connection with the Day of Destruction of Jannatul Baqee 8 Shawal 1438 Hijra

Allah (ST) Says in Quran Majeed that:

يَٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تُحِلُّوا۟ شَعَٓئِرَ ٱللَّهِ

O, ye who believe! Violate not the sanctity of the Symbols of God (Surah Maida, Ayah-2)

The commentators and experts of dictionary’s knowledge have written that the meaning of La-Tahlu is La-Tantahkua, Intahak Al-Shai, indulging in insult and desecration. In other words, Oh, people in faith do not violate the sanctity of the Symbols of God. That is Allah is creating fear in people in faith about the desecration of Sha’air Allah and is also warning about the desecration of these Symbols.

Sha’air is the plural of Sha’aira. Sha’aira is Faeelah meaning Munfalat meaning Musharah. Meaning of Musharah is Symbol. And the meaning of Ashaar is to bring in knowledge. Every that thing that is the Symbol of something, tells about any Symbol it is linked with Sha’aira. Hazrat Shah Abul Aziz Muhaddis Delhvi says that in religion, Sha’air Allah are stated to be places from Munh, Symbols and Auqaf are stated to be worship. Places of worship such as Ka’aba, Arfah, Muzdalfa, Jamar-e-Salasa, Safa and Marwa, and other worships such as Ramazan, months of Harm, and Symbolic worships such as Hajj rites and all other worships are Sha’air Allah. Symbols of Allah and that sacrificial animal that is sent inside Harm for sacrifice. Some commentators have termed all deeds and Nawahi as Sha’air Allah. Some termed the flag and national Symbols and memorial Sha’air Allah and some have included Nimaz, fasting, Hajj, Zakat and all worships in it but all commentators agree on this point that all Hajj rites that are performed following the Sunnah of Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.), Hazrat Ismail (A.S.), and Hazrat Hajira (S.A.) are Sha’air Allah the respect of which is obligatory and the Symbol of Taqwah because Allah Himself Says:

ذَلِكَ وَمَن يُعَظِّمْ شَعَٓئِرَ ٱللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِن تَقْوَى ٱلْقُلُوبِ

Such (is his state): and whoever holds in honour the Symbols of God, (In the sacrifice of animals), such (honour) should come truly from piety of heart. (Surah Hajj, Ayah-32)

Quran is the Book of Guidance. Whenever someone will try to find out any guidance till the Day of Judgment, he will become aware that all places attached with Allah’s Chosen Prophet (SAAW) and the deeds done for his family and all those animals who would come till the Day of Judgment as the Shabih of their sacrifice are the Symbols of Allah. Then it would become clear that if anything that is attached with Ibrahim Khalil Allah (A.S.) is Sha’air Allah then places, shrines, families so much so the animals and Shabihs of these animal (like Zuljinah) attached

with Sardar-e-Anbia Khairul Bashar Khatam Al-Mursaleen Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) are also definitely Sha’air Allah. The places where beloved Nabi (SAAW) of Allah delivered Khutbaat, the places where he worshipped, the Ghazwaat he fought, the thorns on which he moved, all these places and Symbols are Sha’air Allah. If following the Sunnah of Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.), Hazrat Ismail (A.S.), and Hazrat Hajira (S.A.) in the shape of Hajj rites is the source of Raza-e-Illahi then following the Sunnah of Khairul Bashar and his pious Khanwada is the immense source of Ajr.

لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِى رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌۭ

Ye have indeed in the Apostle of God a beautiful pattern (of conduct). (Surah Ahzab, Ayah-21).

The fruits of Ismail’s (A.S.) sacrifice were limited to the Arab soil while fruits of sacrifices rendered by Nabi Kareem (SAAW), his offspring, pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) and Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.) are for every era, covenant and time. If the respect of the Symbols attached with Ibrahim Khalil Allah (A.S.) and his son and wife guarantee strengthening of heart then the respect of the Symbols attached with the life of the Nabi Kareem (SAAW), Khandan-e-Risalat and those who follow their path are the mirage of Taqwah.

Live nations are recognized through protection of their heroes and Symbols but it is the biggest tragedy of Islam that Sha’air Allah at the soil of Hejaz attached with Khatam-ur-Rusl (SAAW) were trampled in 1924-25, the third decade of Twentieth Century under an international, Zionist and colonial conspiracy. The trampling Sha’air Allah and Sha’air Islam to threaten the Islamic World that began on 8 Shawal, 1344 Hijra (1924) through rulers supported by British colonial powers with the trampling of holy shrines of forefather of the Rasool (SAAW), Ummahatul Rasool (R.A.), pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.), and Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and above all the trampling of all hold Utbaat including shrine of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.) in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah, that has erased the place of birth and place of residence of Nabi Kareem (SAAW), homes of Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.), and all memorials of rise of Islam.

What a tragedy that Al-Tareef near Riyadh and Al-Dareeah in Saudi Arabia which was the ancestral area of the Saudi family and the centre of their ideology, the Saudi Arabia has got the building situated there as the international heritage in 2010 through UNESCO and have spent billions to safeguard these places for ever. Special plans were prepared for the protection of the place from where the message of Shaikh Mohammad Ibne Abdul Wahab was spread while all Symbols have been removed from the place wherefrom the message of Muhammad-e-Arabi (SAAW), his Ahle Bait (A.S.) and Sahaba (R.A.) was spread. Saudi Arabia has got the Lighting Tower House of Jeddah into the international heritage in 2014 but has wiped out the signs of Rasool’s (SAAW) place of birth who enlightened the whole universe the same year i.e. 2014.

Above all, Saudi government is busy in securing the signs of Madain-e-Saleh i.e. the signs of Qaum-e-Samood where those buildings constructed on thousands of acres are there that had been made by the Qaum-e-Samood by truncating mountains. These buildings have also been got declared international heritage from UNESCO in 2008 while billions are being spent of the Symbols of the nation who had the wrath of God and the Rasool Kareem (SAAW) had strictly stopped doing so. Maulana Maudoodi has mentioned in the commentary of Surah Aaraf that when Rasool Allah (SAAW) passed through that place at the time of Ghazwa-e-Tabook, he showed these Symbols to Muslims. He also showed that well to Muslims from where the female camel of Hazrat Saleh used to drink water. He allowed Muslims to drink water only from that place. That place is famous even today with the name of Fajj Al-Naqah. When Muslims started taking round of these remnants, he gathered them and delivered a Khutba in which he warned

them of Samood’s outcome. This area belongs to that nation on which Allah Has sent wrath, therefore, pass through this area in a hurry, it is not a place to visit rather is the place to shed tears (Tafheem Al-Quran Surah Aaraaf, Ayah-73, Hashia 58). It is unfortunate for Muslims that the place that the Nabi Kareem (SAAW) refused to make a place to visit, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has declared it an international place to visit and millions of dollars are being spent on it while those places that were made Ziaratgahs by Allah and Rasool (SAAW) have been wiped out for ever.

On one side this is the role of Aal-e-Saud and the role of international organizations is no less than Hippocratic, on the other. According to the UNESCO definition, international heritage is the legacy of the past with which we are living today and that we have to transfer to our future generations. The announcements about the sites and place so far made by the UNESCO during the last 70 years, these, according to UNESCO, are related to all people of the world apart from this that those remains or heritages are situated on which soil. In which building of Philadelphia, the American independence was announced in 1776 and signatures were put on the Constitution in 1787 are also included in the international heritage. If it is Bamyan’s Buddha then it is the heritage of the whole world. The Pyramid Alloy of female Pharaohs are the heritage of the whole world, the Barooq Christian place of worship of Latin America are the international heritage, Palmira’s Roman and Greek remnants are the heritage of the whole world, the remains of the Qaum-e-Samood that gone through the Wrath of Allah, castles and houses of Abdul Wahab Najdi and Aal-e-Saud elders are international heritage. But the international organisation has no importance of the memorials of the Founder of second largest Ibrahim religion of Islam Hazrat Muhammad (SAAW) and heroes (Ahle Bait Athaar A.S. and pious Sahaba Kubaar R.A.)? UNESCO is concerned about the Taj Mahal turning yellow but has no concern about the soil of Hejaz that is centre of Muslims where the Rahbar Nabi (SAAW) of two billion human beings, his near and dear ones, and friends wrote invaluable stories of their faith and these too are not included in the international heritage.

When Daesh occupied Roman and Greek Symbols and the remnants of Aseeri civilisation of Nimra’s city and started wiping out the same, then the Director General of the international organisation of protection of Symbols, UNESCO, Irina Bokova terming the steps taken by terrorists collapse of cultural heritage and started a campaign “Unite4Heritage” i.e. unity for the heritage on March 28, 2015 the objective of which was to save the international heritage comprising Symbols of non-Muslim civilisations of Syria and Iraq from terrorists. But, unfortunately when agent rulers of colonial powers continued wiping out the Symbols of Islamic civilization at the soil of Hejaz, none of the international organization tool notice thereof.

On one side, international movement was started to safe the international heritage after the World War-I while foundation has been laid for the destruction of holy Muslim places. The Symbols of founders of non-Muslim religions are included in the international heritage but the Muslim heritage is being destructed in the supervision of these international organisations. The Symbols of Egyptian civilization have been protected through donations from 50 countries in 1959 at the time of construction of Aswan Dam at Nile River but no international law came into action to save the Hejazi civilization. That is the Hippocratic policy of the international organisations and super powers as a result of which the world is going through unrest today. Terrorism is increasing because these international organisations are playing a big role in promoting this terrorism.

Whereas the Hypocrisy and conspiracies on the part of international organisations wiped out the Muslim Symbols, the role of Muslims in exercising apathy in this regard. Muslim rulers

who do everything for their self and to prolong their role have not raise their voice against the destruction of holy place even once during the last more than a hundred years that is why the incidents of destruction of holy places that began from the Hejaz soil have spread to the whole world. Today serious threats are faced by the shrines of Sahaba (R.A.), Ahle Bait (A.S.) and Aulia Karaam (R.A.) in every Muslim country and even to the mazars of founders of these countries. Above all, the investment on those who are razing these holy places have been made by colonial and western powers but Islam is being defamed by showing the faces of these terrorists.

The revival of dignity of holy shrines is only a Shia or Sunni issue rather it is the issue of whole humanity. The seeds of conspiracy sown by the colonial powers to weaken Muslims through promoting intolerance and imposing beliefs of one on the other are now affecting every country of the world today and every peace-loving and human-friendly person the world over is upset on this situation. No proof is needed on the severity of the situation but the fact that terrorists who caused harm to the Sha’air Allah have reached the Masjid-e-Nabavi and Masjid-e-Haram.

The international movement launched from the platform of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya for restoration of dignity of Islamic Symbols on the Hejaz’s soil including Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah is not limited to any Maslak or Maktab nor it is against any Maktab, Maslak or a country. On one side, its objectives is the supremacy and restoration of human values that are under threat from fanatic terrorists sponsored by colonialists and to save Sha’air Allah i.e. assets of Islam on the other that are invaluable asset of all those Muslims who consider Ahle Bait (A.S.), pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) and Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.) as the source of guidance. The movement for restoration the dignity of holy place of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah is actually the movement for driving the world confronted with worst war and conflict, towards the destination of peace which every human being without any discrimination on the basis of Maslak, religion and country would have to join because it is the only way to provide a peaceful and safe world to the next generations.

Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee not only reminds us the destruction of Muslims only but also unveils the international satanic conspiracy to divide Muslims. The colonial powers by finishing the Sultanate of Usmania had not only discontinued the political centralisation of Muslims rather the foundation was laid for Muslim anarchy by trampling the Symbols of Muslim spiritual centre Harmain Sharifain which is still going on today and new episode of it comes to forth after every decade and a quarter century. Whether it is occupation of Muslim Qibla-e-Awwal, bloodshed of Muslim leaders, sowing the seeds of terrorism to pose terrorists as Muslims or 9/11 drama or dividing the Muslim power further in the garb of American-Arab-Islami Alliance, the purpose of all these conspiracies is to put the Shama-e-Tauheed off and the foundation of this conspiracy has been laid through destruction of Islamic Symbols at the Hejaz soil. In short, Muslims the world over are suffering the worst results of the desecration and insult to the Sha’air Allah.

If Muslims desire to come out from this satanic net and to overturn the colonial conspiracies, and get the desecration of Sha’air Allah, then, as a first step, they will have to restore the dignity of holy shrines of Nabi Kareem (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) and the Symbols related with them at the Hejaz soil; give up the habit of imposing one’s beliefs on the other, give up the interference in one another’s country; term attack on any of the Muslim

States as an attack on the Islamic World and whole Islamic Ummah; get the Veto power in the United Nations, stop the incidents of trampling of human rights going on in Muslim States of Arab and Ajam including Bahrain, Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan, Libya and present a practical and complete model of human rights before the world in the light of teachings of Mustafa (SAAW), and display practical unity in the fields of political, defence, spiritual, diplomatic and scientific fields as it is the call of the Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee. The Islamic World will step in deep in the swamp of humility and defame till the time it would continue ignoring this call. Supporting the call of Jannatul Baqee for restoration of the dignity and honour of Sha’air Allah guarantees success, welfare, dignity, and supremacy of Muslim Ummah. We are here to make you understand what is good and what is bad.
