When a hypocrite (Munafik) gives you news, confirm it (the holy Quran)

Respecting the signs attributed to Almighty Allah, the pious personalities of Islam and Godly people is a decent and honourable act, which is a source of nearness to Almighty Allah. By respecting the graves and the signs of the pious and Godly people, the remembrance of Almighty Allah invigorate in human hearts. After the heart breaking death of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), the pious companions of the Holy Prophet (RA) used to respect all those things that had a link with the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and they consider them sacred. Therefore Aoun Bin Abi Jahefa narrated from the source of his father that once I went to see the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) who was sitting under a tent, I saw that Hazrat Bilal (RA) was collecting the water which the Holy Prophet used to do ablution (Wozo) and is rubbing on his head and some of the companions who could not collect that water was rubbing their hands with the hands of other companions (Ref: Sahih Bukhari Vol. 7 p283). Imam Bukhari compiled a whole chapter in his book in which he mentioned about the armour, the walking stick, the sword, the ring and other items which was in use of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP); the pious companions (RA) used to respect these items after the demise of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP); the pious companions as well as those who came after the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) all used to respect his hair, shoes and those utensils which were in the use of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP). (Ref Sahih Bukhari Vol. 4 p184).  

Once Hazrat Zaid Bin Sabit who was ridding a horse came near to Hazrat Ibne Abbas. Hazrat Ibne Abbas (RA)  held the bridle of his horse. Hazrat Zaid requested that O the son of the cousin of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) please do not hold the bridle of my horse. Hazrat Ibne Abbas (RA) replied we respect scholars in this way, Hazrat Zaid asked him to show his hand, Hazrat Ibne Abbas forward his hand; Hazrat Zaid kissed his hand and said that we respect the holy family of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) in this manner. (Ref. Kanzaul Imal Vol. 13 p 396). It is proven from the Holy Book and the traditions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) that the holy graves and the signs attributed to the holy Prophets, holy Messengers, the pious personalities of Islam, the holy family of the holy Prophet and his pious companions were considered respectable and this tradition continued until 1924 when the Saudi rulers started demolishing these signs and the holy graves. Janat ul Mualla where the forefathers of the holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and his pious companions (RA) are buried and Jannat ul Mualla where his holy family (PBUT), his pious wives (RA), his companions (RA) and the martyrs of Islam are buried were raised to ground and this heinous act is continued till this date. This heinous crime was also replicated in other cities as well; In Iraq during the time of Sadam and after him this atrocity continued but the grace of Almighty Allah the honour and dignity of these holy places could not be diminished. Unfortunately in Bahrain the holy shrine of the pious companion of the Holy Prophet, Sasa Bin Sohan (RA) was desecrated and similar incident also occurred in Libya, Tunis, Egypt and Afghanistan. Those who are committing the heinous crime of disrespecting these holy signs are the same who do not consider anyone Muslim apart of themselves and consider respecting these places an act of polytheism (Shirk). First these powers release the fake news of desecration of the holy places on different websites and social media and then carry out the same. At this instant, Syria is under attack; at some places these elements are considered Mujahideen and when their job is completed the same become terrorists. In Syria the holy shrine of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) the daughter of Imam Ali (PBUH) and Hazrat Sakina the daughter of Imam Hussain (PBUH) are situated; few days ago the holy shrine of the companion of the holy Prophet, Hazrat Hujar Bin Udayi and other holy sites were attacked. Suddenly then a fake news was also circulated that the holy shrine of Hazrat Jafar e Tayar (PBUH) was burnt down and the same fake news was promoted on the social media so much so that some of the Pakistani TV channels also broadcasted programs on this fake incident.  

The Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya, for the last quarter of century is highlighting the honour and dignity of the signs attributed to Almighty Allah and on the 8^th Shawal every year, the day of demolition of Janat ul Baqi and Jannat ul Mualla being observed in protest throughout Pakistan as well as worldwide but the Muslim nation has become the silent spectator; two incidents, the holy shrine of Hazrat Hujar Bin Udayi (RA) who was the pious companion of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) that is situated in a town near Damascus, which is visited by the followers of Islam and second incident, Hazrat Jafar e Tayar who was the first propagator of Islam who on the advice of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), amongst other followers of Islam migrated to Habsha, the ruler of Habsha, Najashi whose real name was Ashuma was Christian. When the infidel and the Kuraish of Makka sent Umar Bin Alaas and Abdullah Bin Rabaee with gifts, they reached in the court of Najashi by bribing and requested to the King of Habsha that these people are our offender therefore they should be handed over to them. The king called Hazrat Jafar e Tayar who delivered an eloquent speech and recited the verse of Marium; The king was very impressed with the speech of Hazrat Jafar e Tayar and said that Hazrat Eisa (the holy Christ PBUH) has given good tidings about the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP). Therefore he got furious upon them and they have to come back empty handed. The immigrant of Makka who were headed by Hazrat Jafar e Tayar (PBUH) (the son of Hazrat Abu Talib (PBUH), the real brother of Imam Ali (PBUH), the cousin brother of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and the grandfather of Hazrat Aoun and Mohammad (PBUT) who fought bravely in the battlefield of Karbala). He was also made commander in the battle of Mota in which he lost his both arms and for the same reason he was given title Tayar. His holy shrine is situated in the city of Jordan Called Almazar. Mota, which is situated in Jordan where there are holy graves of the martyrs of the battle of Mota. Upon the news of the desecration of the holy graves of these two pious personalities of Islam, letters were written to the Ambassadors of Syria and Jordan in Islamabad on the special directives of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and verbal contact was also made to confirm these news. Following is the correspondence that was made from both sides. Faithful and pilgrims should be aware that they should not get under the influence of wrong propaganda and instead of being the victim of fear and anarchy, should clarify the facts so that the heinous conspiracy of the enemies of Islam and humanity can be defeated. The Holy Quran says that when a hypocrite (Munafik) gives you news, confirm it; by following this we can defeat the conspiracy of the enemies of the signs attributed to Almighty Allah and can also elevate the honour of the pious personalities of Islam and safeguard all the Muslim states.

The reward of visiting the Holy Sites of Islam

The benefactor of the both world, the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP) said, “whoever visited my grave after my demise it is as if he met with me in my life” (Ref Sanan Dar Kutni Vol. 2 p278). For the same reason and according to the true traditions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) the pilgrims of the holy places of the pious personalities of Islam are recommended and are source of reward. Thus Hazrat Abuhuraera (RA) says that once the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) was going on his way when he was near to the graves of the martyrs of the battle of Uhad, said, “I witness that they are in the court of Almighty Allah are martyrs on the Day of Judgement therefore you should pilgrim their graves and pay your respect. By Lord, who has a control over my life, until the Day of Judgement, whoever offer them salutation they will reply to them”. (Ref Mustadrak Hakim Vol. 2 p248). The lady of heaven, Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH), every Friday used to visit the grave of her uncle Hazrat Hamza (PBUH), prayed there and used to shed tears over the martyrdom of her uncle (Ref Sunan Behaiqee Vol 4 p78). It is the teaching of the Holy Quran that whatever the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP) ask you to do, act upon it and what ever he refrain you from, be refrained. The Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) considered the love towards his holy Progeny (PBUT), a reward of his Prophethood and a condition of being faithful; therefore it is your saying that, “you should make upon yourself compulsory, the love towards my progeny (PBUT) because whoever met with Almighty Allah (passes away from this world) in the condition that he had a love towards my holy progeny (PBUT) then he will enter into heaven with the help of my intercession; by Lord, who has control over my life no one will benefit from their deeds unless he is aware of our rights”. 

For the same reasons, as from all parts of the world, the pilgrims form Pakistan go to Makka Mukarma, Madina Munawara, Najaf Ashraf, Karbala Mualla, Baghdad Sharif, Samra, Qum al Muqadsa, Mash’had al Muqadsa, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and other holy places and consider this act a source of great reward. 

In the beloved homeland Pakistan where no one is safe from terrorism, the pilgrims were not spared either therefore those who go on pilgrim via Quetta Balouchistan were made victim of terrorism which is witnessed by many incidents, especially the incident of Mastong. 

The Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya, on the directives of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, wrote a letter to the federal and the Balouchistan governments to beef up the security of the pilgrims so that they can go for pilgrimage without any fear and is published here for information purpose.
