Eidul Azha is the great remembrance of patience, acceptance and the tradition of Hazrat Ibrahim - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, August 12: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the human history is replete with the spirit of altar and sacrifices in every era but one who performs the sacrifice of Khalil Allah Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) to please Allah is exemplary in every era that is why it has been termed فدینا بذبح عظیم. The Sunnah of this sacrifice will continue to be followed till the D-Day. Nawasa-e-Rasool (SAAW) Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) gave mirage to the Sunnat-e-Ibrahimi in the plains of Karbala. The people of Kashmir are suffering with worst human tragedy and they are in tatters. The Khutba Hujjatul Widah delivered by Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) is an exemplary and historic Charter of human rights. The guiding principles for creating the welfare society based on justice and fair-play presented by Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) were first implemented by himself in the first Islamic State. The United Nations by supporting international terrorists and turning their back on the oppressed have shattered the United Nations Human Rights Charter. The Islamic World should not forget the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine in the happiness on the occasion of Eidul Azha. The real blessings of Eid could be achieved by following the philosophy of sacrifice of Khalil (A.S.) and Ismail (A.S.). These views were expressed by him in a message on the occasion of Eidul Azha that is being observed throughout the country with devotion and respect.

Agha Moosavi said that day of Ibrahimi sacrifice is declared as Eidul Azha. He said during observation of Eid and during exercising the Hajj rites on this Eid the congregation of faithful takes the shape of a human sea and roots out all types of biases, creed and colour and turns out to be a great display of equality, unity and brotherhood. He said the manifesto of justice and fair-play presented by Holy Prophet (SAAW) is the symbol of peace and tranquility and guarantees the honour and dignity of the whole humanity. That is why the great thinkers of the history are unanimous on the importance and dignity of the Hujjatul Widah.

The TNFJ chief said unfortunately today Muslims are hesitant to following the sayings and teachings of Paighambar-e-Akram (SAAW) as a result of which not only satanic powers are gaining full control over the Islamic World rather there is no Islamic State that is free of problems and difficulties. He said the whole Pakistani national is standing behind the Pakistan’s Armed Forces who have sworn to turn Pakistan into a hub of peace. He called upon the United Nations to get the Kashmir issue resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions. He said Muslim is the one who can be helpful to others and other Muslims are safe from his hand and tongue, no geographical boundaries create hurdle and we strongly condemn oppression on Muslims wherever it is being committed. He called upon all Muslim States to promise not to interfere in one another’s countries and attack on any country may be considered an attack on the whole Muslim Ummah. They should also vow to adopt and unanimous policy to root out terrorism and gain the right of Veto. He lamented that Muslim Ummah is presently hit by worst type of oppression, brutality and aggression.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed the people to observe Eidul Azha with utmost simplicity and seek forgiveness for their sins, share the pain of the oppressed and have-nots, take care of them, and help the oppressed wherever they are. He said we should utilize all our energies only to help the have-nots and the oppressed instead of terrorism, miscreant activities, theft, hypocrisy, and to achieve indecent objectives. He said we should display unity and brotherhood so as to prove that we are preachers of peace and tranquility, give priority to peace over war, justice and fair-play over oppression and brutality, dialogue on conflicts and also enjoy full right to self-defence. He said Eidul Azha should be kept within the limit fulfilling our obligations; priority should be given to the bereaved families of Shuhada, poor and have-not and prayers should be offered for the high standards for Shuhada and for the success of the Pakistan’s Armed Forces.
